'Willy B'

Willy B grew up in Southern California in the sixties and was facinated by music as a kid. He was playing in local surf bands by the age of ten and was entering battle-of the-band contests. When The Beatles and the folk music revolution burst on the scene, it was clear that Will wanted to learn to sing and write songs as well as play guitar.

In the early seventies he played successfully in duos and trios all over the southland and began creating his own style of music. In 2000 Will was reunited with chilhood cronie Jim Keating to form a working duo playing in San Diego, and in 2002 Will went to an advertised open-mic in Mission Beach and met several great musicians and friends who still play together in The Cathryn Beeks Ordeal.

In 2006 Will moved up to the local mountain community Idyllwild, California,  where he is currently playing music around town as a single while also working with a classic rock band called Radio 60 and with Nicky Vallee in Dreams. One of the major issues for hiring bands to play at private parties is expense, but Will has developed a versitile act in which he creates a wide range of music from mellow acoustic to danceable classic rock at an affordable rate.

'Nicky Vallee'

Nicky Vallee is a musician, writer, wine lover, and public relations professional. For more than a decade, Nicky worked as a television news reporter, most recently as a general assignment reporter for CBS 2 in Thousand Palms, where she covered a variety of stories, including the devastating and deadly Sawtooth and Esperanza wildfires. Prior to her work as a journalist in the desert, Nicky worked as an anchor, producer, reporter and editor at stations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

In 2000, she had the exciting opportunity to cover the Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, where she interviewed former President George Bush and his wife Barbara. Nicky's passion for getting the story and uncovering corruption landed her the 2002 New Jersey Broadcasters "Best of the Best Award" for her expose on a funeral home scam, a story she broke while working for the NBC affiliate in Atlantic City.

A native of Southern New Jersey, Nicky is a graduate of Villanova University, where she majored in Communication Arts. During her time at Villanova, Nicky hosted an on-campus radio program, was a columnist for the college newspaper, The Villanovan, served as a programmer for the Cultural Film Series and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Nicky's hobbies include collecting vintage record albums and memorabilia, film noir, hiking, wine writing, cooking, and travel.
